Our primary manufacturing facility based out of Daman is a three floor building with total floor space of 2900 meters, and capacity of producing 25,000 km of cable per month. To meet the increasing customer demand we acquired another facility in 2015 with floor space of 2400 meters and capacity of producing 22,000 km of cable per month.
Our belief in promoting technology and innovation has led to procuring number of high-end equipment for drawing, bunching and extrusion, imported from Germany. A custom made ERP software is used by all departments to manage and monitor end-to-end workflow from sales order to dispatch of finished products. The facility also hosts our sales and management office to keep abreast with the manufacturing activities.
Management and staff
Under the guidance of former MD, late Mr. Murlidharan Sanathanam and current MD Vijaya Murlidharan, the company has grown from staff of humble strength to nearly 200 as of 2015. With retention rate of 90%, our staff are as skilled as they are committed to our mission of a world class wires and extrusions company. With niche skills acquired over the years in machine maintenance, in-house lab testing and quality control, our staff and thus our company has become self-reliant and capable to moving forward swiftly. Our sales team has done a tremendous job of exposing our USP to the potential customers and ensuring our double digit growth rate. Our management consisting of three directors Mr. Arvind Murlidharan, Mr. Dipal Damania and Mrs. Arpana Murlidharan, each with distinct skill-set and hard work have ensured that whole assembly is always humming at a healthy pace.
Quality is ingrained in our DNA. We believe quality is a continuous process which requires technology investment, standardizing processes and dedicated efforts.
Our quality focus begins at the source. We enforce copper purity of 99.9% while sourcing the raw materials. These materials are processed from our high-end equipment, fitted with automated controls to ensure finesse at each step in the lifecycle of the product. Each finished product goes into our in-house lab for extensive testing in accordance with the international standards. The products are tested for flammability, ageing, ozone resistance, capacitance to name a few.
This standardization along with continual investment and improvements over the years has resulted in the company receiving many accreditions and ISO standards along the way.
